"Our room was spacious and had a large bathroom. We had a view over the Piazza. The room had plenty of lighting and sockets. Breakfast was excellent and we also enjoyed visiting the rooftop bar for an aperitivo"

"Loved this hotel. Lots of character and old world charm. Large rooms and big bathrooms. Great location. Able to walk everywhere from this location. Also, had dinner in the restaurant and it was excellent. Breakfast buffet was very substantial. A great choice for a stay in Palermo!"

"This is an unusual and quirky hotel in a great location. Loved the decor and the staff were very nice and helpful. Enormous breakfast, way too much really as they brought it out to you, rather than you choosing for yourself. We had booked a room with a balcony that we could sit out on, but we were upgraded to a larger room with two balconies. Unfortunately, you couldn't sit out on the balconies. Also despite being called a junior suite, and whilst nice, there was no seating area and so you could only sit on the bed. There is room to put two chairs and a small table which would make the room more comfortable. Would stay again because of the great location and staff."

"Location of the hotel is great! Rooms are small, but when you traveling you don’t need much, do you (the showers are too small if you are bigger person maybe ask if they have a room with bigger shower, we are small so we didn’t mind it). I think so far I had the best hotel bed, I slept like a baby! The staff kept changing every time we left the room, but they were all friendly and helpful."

"The hotel was pleasant enough. Charming old building, decent room, very nice courtyard for breakfast and dinner. One complaint, we booked a taxi from the airport to the hotel through the hotel. When our flight was delayed and we missed our connection we messaged the hotel well in advance to let them know we would be arriving later in the day. Several hours later we received a message saying we would be charged for 75 euro and they would charge another 75 euro to meet us later that day. It then took multiple calls to eliminate the charge and arrange the revised pickup. The only explanation I can come up with is that they don't check the messages and so can't update the driver. But the fact that they attempted to charge us shows either contempt for their customers or complete ignorance. I would suggest just grabbing a cab at the airport when you arrive. All in all it was okay but would't stay there again."
