"The condition of Building No. 3, where we were accommodated, is deplorable—dirty, old, and very unsightly. I felt unsafe because there are bars in the surrounding area. In the room we were assigned, the beds were made, but the sheets and pillows were dirty; there was hair everywhere, and it smelled of sweat. It was disgusting. There is no restaurant service, and the places to get breakfast are two miles away. It was a very bad experience at this hotel; I do not recommend it at all."

"Got there late, great service at check-in, good coffee in the morning. Nice room, good sleep, and easy in and out of parking lot. Not sure why I was charged an incidental of $4.15 but I’ll figure it out. I didn’t buy anything! "

"The rooms are very clean. Nice small pool area. But no access to a bathroom when at the pool you need to walk to the front lobby or go back to your room. Not easy with children. Pretty location but a few homeless people hanging around during the day. I might not have felt safe if I was alone. "

"Amazing historical property! Grounds were well kept, great food & drink options on site, and walkable to everything. We did the property ghost tour during our stay and it was an awesome experience. I highly recommend the hotel & the tour!"

"The property was very clean however the walls are very thin, so you cannot get a good night sleep because you can hear everything on both sides of the wall. My reference to the staff is because I left my large Bluetooth and no one called. I had to call to ask and then they called housekeeping. "

"We stayed at this Holiday Inn Express just for a night and it didn’t disappoint. We love that it is very close to HMart oriental store which is our go to place whenever we’re in the Orlando area. The room was very clean and big! There’s no coffee maker in the room but there’s fresh coffee brewing round the clock by the lobby with several kinds of creamer, flavored and regular. The staff that checked us in and checked us out are both very friendly and polite. Breakfast was also included, biscuits and sausage gravy, omelette, toasts fruits, juices, yogurt and many more. The other thing why we picked this hotel is they have Tesla chargers in the property! I’m not sure if all of them have it but we stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Bonita Springs Florida and they have one. This property has 4 or five Tesla charging stations! "
