"Evergreen Hotel, Formerly Hunt Lodge has been freshly updated to look brand new, and is still our favorite place to stay in McCall.
I do miss the African animal mounts that overlooked the enclosed pool and spa room. The water-saver sinks and shower were environmentally efficient, but a little too low flowrate for us."
"This is an older hotel but it’s clean, comfortable and convenient to the lake . The staff were very helpful and so nice.
We were just there earlier this month and I accidentally left my toiletries bag on an early morning ck out. Didn’t realize it till at our next destination 5 hrs away. I figured it was lost for good. When I got back home I contacted the inn and ask them to check. To my surprise they had it and were so nice to mail it back to me in NC. Big shoutout to Ana for her help! So nice to know there are still nice people that do the right thing! I would definitely stay here again!"
"Honestly I would have given them a bad review because I discovered crunched up chips under the fitted sheet, the fridge leaked water all over the food I put in there, and I had trouble with the key card not working at one point. However, they were friendly and took care of the problems very quickly. There was plenty of breakfast and drink options in the morning and the beds were comfortable. The dog treat bags they gave me for my two dogs were a nice touch and the outside pet area was also really nice. "
"Well cared for property in great condition. Check in was easy and everything went smoothly getting to room and parking etc. There’s a nice restaurant attached that we would’ve gone to if it had a full bar. They served wine and beer only. The menu sounded tasty and the interior was a nice setting too. "
"It’s an apartment over a garage. By a house that’s isolated on a beautiful piece of property. Very peaceful. About halfway between McCall and Tamarack resort. The owner/property manager was really awesome to work with."
