"The place is amazing, in the middle of the forest, difficult to get there due to road condition, moody road and raining days not a good combination. The place doesn't have a personal to help you. You are at your own. We call for help, we recived text massage only and no one never show up to help us to fix the problem we call for. "Es el peor lugar para quedarse, no es hotel, ni cabañas como dice la página. Es un engaño ya que son remolques, solo tienen una cabaña que está llena de goteras. "Me gustó mucho el hotel por la cercanía al estadio Hidalgo. Está muy limpio aunque si se ve un poco desgastado se entiende que es desgaste de los años. Lo único que no me gustó fue que me dieron una llave en el check-in de una habitación la cual ya estaba ocupada, lo cual hizo que dudara si en algún momento le podían dar mi llave a otro huésped. Fuera de eso, fue una agradable experiencia"

"Mi experiencia en el hotel Hotel San Miguel Regla fue bastante decepcionante. Reservé dos noches pero terminé quedándome solo una. Entiendo que es un hotel rústico, pero la alberca estaba completamente verde y la televisión no funcionaba. El sábado a las 7:00 am encendieron una bomba muy ruidosa para limpiar la alberca, lo que arruinó el descanso. Lo más frustrante fue la actitud del staff: al comentar que me iría antes y explicar los problemas, la respuesta fue simplemente “ah, bueno”, sin interés alguno en mejorar la experiencia. La comida no es mala, pero el servicio es muy lento. Recomiendo mejor desayunar en Casa Colibrí, que está cerca y es mucho mejor. No lo recomendaría para un fin de semana de descanso."
