"We booked this very last minute because we decided at the last minute to visit Cinque Terre so I didn’t read too much about what it looked like. 1. The rooms are set away from the reception area and you have to go down gravel steps. I’m pretty young and ok with it, but my 66-year-old mom struggled. So be prepared for that. "You need to contact hotel through WhatsApp for check in Or there is no response. The key for the room is in lockbox at top of the stairs. Once inside, the view is amazing. Worth every penny and all the stairs. There are no beach towels or bag. Everything is an additional charge- drip coffee, water. Expresso costs the same downstairs in town. For those with bad knees or have trouble with stairs, do not recommend. There are about 70 stairs. Overall, it was very pleasant and air conditioned."

"This place was fantastic. Very close to the train station so didn’t have to haul luggage far. Was also close in proximity to some great private beaches ($40 for two chairs and an umbrella all day). About a 15 min walk to the area where all the shops and restaurants are. Staff helped with storing luggage upon check out for a couple hours and was all around an excellent find and place to stay on our two night stay in Cinque Terre"

"Stayed for one night with my family in front view room. Hotel has a roof top swimming pool and is in a very great location close to the beach, restaurants and cafes. Breakfast was included and very delicious coffee and food selections. Staff were very friendly I highly recommend this place."

"The hotel location was amazing, a walking distance from the train station, restaurants, ferry to go to portofino just across the street, and the beach, public and private!! The staff were so friendly and helpful especially the lady with darker short hair. They gave us good advice , and when we told them we need to check out at early in the morning, they prepared us breakfast boxes to go! The room configuration was great for the 4 of us! Everything was pleasant !"

"Getting to the hotel for the train station was a extremely straight forward, pun intended. The 24 hr concierge, everyone from the team, as we spoke to three separate agents at different times in our stay, were all extremely nice and helpful. The complimentary breakfasts were always well stocked with options for sandwiches, eggs, pastries and juices. All you need. Make sure to ask the staff for fresh espresso from the kitchen while you are there. Location was great, not facing the water, but easily accessible to walk to dinner or a stroll along the boardwalk within seconds. The shared roof top patio was great to relax in the sun closer to the room too."

"We really enjoyed our stay, and couldn't recommend it more! The staff were so friendly, helpful, and made everything stress-free for us. We had many pool days, enjoyed the hotels private beach, and enjoyed a great meal at the restaurant. Also the hotel is in the heat of sestri levante, so what more could you ask for?"

"The hotel is in a great location. However, it needs some updating. The biggest thing is the elevator needs to be updated!!!! My sister and I got stuck inside which was a traumatic situation. It stopped and the doors opened half way then the doors got stuck and it would not move once the doors closed. The staff acted like this happens all the time. It was extremely hot and no air and a frightening experience. Other guests were complaining about the elevator to deaf ears. It might be a good idea to update the breakfast with a bit more options. The rest of the stay was good."
