"Absolutely fantastic hotel to stay. Family of four (2 kids). We were up on the top floor beside the pool (room 202) with a very nice view of the lake. Staff all are very nice and amazing. Breakfast every morning with lake view is an absolute bonus, coffee, croissants, fruits for kids was very helpful to start the day easier. Parking inside was easy and extremely convenient. "Beautiful location with direct views to lake Como and mountains. Just a few yards from shore of the lake which has a pebbly beach. Great for swimming. Some good restaurants around and just across the road from the railway station. Amazing setting! The breakfast (Halal) is really good and sitting in the garden looking at the lake and mountains is bliss! Very helpful staff. It's one of the best 3* hotels we've stayed in."

"Rooms were clean and well maintained. Staff were very kind and helpful. Be aware of the road if you’re traveling from Lugano - the hotel is located up on the mountain and roads were pretty tight and steep curved turns for about 20-25 minutes."

"The resort itself is absolutely beautiful and the view is amazing but you have a lot of extra add ons such as a fee to use the cups in your room also having a car is very useful transport is hard to come by. The staff is very friendly and helpful!"
