"There were 4 of us from Canada staying at Roma Resort for the first time from Sept 13-18 2025. Initially, we were worried by the damp / musty smell in the reception area but the room was nothing like that. It was clean, cool (air conditioning in the room) and the room was cleaned well when needed. 2 shared the bed and 2 shared the pullout couch - not a bad pull-out mattress. "The area was a bit far from the touristy things in Rome. But also quiet and is more like a local. The Ubers were pricey but food was very fairly priced. The unit was also great. Spacious and clean. "

"It was a good and comfortable place. The forniture are a little bit old. The backyard was very dirty without any maintenance. The only thing I don’t like a lot is that the landlord entered without permission to take away some blankets and towels that were from the previous tenant and were in the yard. "

"Great apartment in a good part of Rome without too many tourists. Very comfortable. It has a nice patio, and the beds were comfortable. Good communication with the contact person. Easy to walk to from the Tiburtina Station. Coffee shops, grocery stores, and gelato nearby. Air conditioning. "

"The apartment was very clean and close to the train station. The washer and dryer was a HUGE plus to have in the apartment. The air conditioning was amazing, and the owner was super helpful with questions and communicating. The owner also left a wonderful notebook of tips for visiting Rome. The day trip to Ostia beach is worth it. We took the metro all of the way there. The only thing I would advise about the apartment is one of the queen beds in one of the rooms is a pull out sofa. "Such a perfect stay. After initially booking a room in central Rome we decided to change as we wanted something with a pool that was affordable. We had the best time. Although the pool and sun beds were in high demand we managed to get a space each day. We enjoyed the restaurant on site twice but didn’t eat at the pizzeria next door. We used uber to get in and out of Rome centre each day - it saved a lot of time and hassle trying to work out the transport system after seeing varied reviews. The tram opposite was super loud although couldn’t be heard from inside the hotel room. Would 100% recommend staying here and we’d return to this hotel if we were to visit again and would also seek the same brand in alternative countries. "

"Our stay at the hotel was truly wonderful such a wonderful little oasis. The staff were so helpful and couldnt do enough to make you feel like a special guest,nothing was too much trouble even opening the bar for us when it had closed. I really cannot put into words how much we enjoyed our 8 night stay. We will really miss them. Oh and the breakdasts are really good value for money too."
