Dirty but cheap stay

The hotel is branding itself as a 3 start hotel but the standard is nothing near what you would expect for a 3 star hotel. Our bed linnen was not changed for the entire stay (6 nights), our towels only got changed once even though we put the towels on the floor each day and there is a strong smell of dampness and cat urine. In addition, there is basically no staff to be found. We met one receptionist when we checked-in but other than that the reception was unmanned throught the week and if you are able to find someone it is very difficult to communicate in other languages than Italian... Moreover, there was a kareoke party righ outside our window the first night until 3 AM and we had to keep an open window since we had no AC. The hotel is however cheap and the view is amazing. There is also a bus stop right outside the hotel which is great. Thus, if you just want somewhere to sleep and don't mind the smell and dirtyness the hotel works fine. However, if you are looking for something comfortable I would recommend to stay at another hotel.

Un soggiorno perfetto a Ischia!

Il nostro soggiorno a Ischia al Villa Fiorentina e' stato ottimo. Nicola , il proprietario ci ha aiutato in tutto con informazioni, buoni sconto per le terme, e per farci divertire su questa bellissima isola. Lo consigliamo a tutti, l'hotel e' molto carino, quasi una villa privata, con una vista bellissima su Ischia. Pulito con una bella piscina con acqua termale. Il servizio sia in camera che al ristorante era ottimo. Torneremo di sicuro! Grazie di tutto!

Vacanza relax

Ho soggiornato presso questa struttura durante la prima settimana di agosto. L'Hotel è l'ideale per chi vuole una vacanza rilassante. Dalla nostra camera si godeva di una vista magnifica sulla costa e sul Monte Epomeo. La stanza era spaziosa e semplice. Ottima la piccola piscina con acqua termale per rilassarsi dopo una giornata di mare. Hotel comodo per chi viaggia in auto, dato che ha a disposizione un parcheggio privato. In conclusione, ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.
