But no sitting area... there was one adjacent to our apartment but open to all guests. Also, they don't warn you that there is a 40 euro charge for using the kitchen. "The property is a good value. But it's not walking distace to town or the beach. You'll need to drive to town everyday or the beach during your stay. The room has air conditioning and a great view of the harbor. But the twin bed was made of two single beds put together, so a little uncomfortable. And the shower was really small, almost the exact size of an average person with no grab bars, so a little difficult to lather up."

"Everything in the resort is good and luxury, the only disappointment is in the private beach. The resort offer free spot in the private beach Pura vita, when we got there there were nice cabins with nice location. The problem is that they gave us a bad spot with just beach umbrella and long chairs (some were broken)!!!"

"Villa Felicia in Sicily was honestly one of the most beautiful and relaxing places I’ve stayed. The entire property feels like a hidden oasis surrounded by lemon trees and gardens, with such a peaceful authentic Sicilian atmosphere. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, the breakfasts were exceptional with fresh local produce and homemade cakes, and every part of the hotel felt thoughtful and charming rather than overly commercial. The pool area, outdoor spaces and evening ambiance were simply magical. It’s the kind of place that makes you slow down and truly enjoy Sicily. Perfect location near Noto and the beaches, yet still quiet and tranquil. I left wishing I had booked longer. Highly recommend for anyone wanting an authentic, elegant Sicilian experience."
