Breakfast is exceptional. Vast variety. Very fresh. Rooms comfortable and good size. Staff extremely helpful especially Marwa with customer relations and Mohammed at the reception. For Muslim travelers need to verify qibla prayer direction which was inaccurate in the room. Nevertheless, highly recommended

The staff was amazing. We were celebrating our 25th anniversary, and they decorated our room with rose petals and got us a delicious chocolate cake. The gym and rooftop pool with bar and restaurant with citywide views were fabulous.

This is a biz hotel, but if you ask they can book you trips and direct you to folks that can get you to the sights. So not a bad travel hotel. Safe. Well Run. Food better than average. Breakfast is great (always include it). Tubs gigantic.

Location and staff were great; however, I did knock down one star because the pool closes extremely early (6pm) so that they can open up for dinner service. Had I seen this before booking, I would not have done so. Upon checking in I was given later hour (730pm) so it was very confusing when I tried to go swim at 630pm. I had tours planned the next morning so I was never able to use the pool.

The hospitality of the personnel was exceptional. Everyone knew exactly what to do with smile. As it was off-season there were no sunbeds by the pool, but they were arranged every day just for us. The room was comfortable and bed was great. The breakfast was versatile. The location beside the tram stop was positive as well.

The best thing about this hotel is the staff, they were all perfect and welcoming. The location was perfect, not enough choice for gluten-free breakfast. Not enough choice for juice at breakfast and not cold enough. The curtains in the very old rooms don't block out the light in the morning. The windows don't block out the sound of car horns. The room cards deactivate quite regularly, it's awful to go downstairs and wait to re-enter your cards.
