This is a cute hotel!! Staff are amazing and sweet, the hotel is very clean and well kept! And food they offer is very good! Our room was huge and spacious, with a large bathroom and balcony! We loved it! And is on a local Main Street with so many restaurants, souks, mini stores to buy snacks/drinks, shisha.. anything! Thanks so much for a great stay!
Noulimone the receptionist was very professional and welcoming. I explained there was no hot water in my room and she immediately came to my assistance. When it was determined that the problem was affecting all rooms and could not be fixed till the following morning she went out of her way to compensate me. She appealed to her manager on my behalf and allowed me to have a complementary buffet breakfast the next morning. This is what quality customer service represents to a world traveller like me .
The hotel was nice in general
The location is convenient to go by feet to the medina or to the mosque. The staff in kind. The only bad thing I asked for an iron and they didn't have one.
Even though I experienced a few issues during my stay, the service from Nourimane at reception was outstanding. She was very kind, professional, patient, and genuinely cared about helping me. She took the time to listen to my concerns and did everything she could to make the situation better.
Her positive attitude and excellent customer service made a big difference in my stay. She made me feel welcomed and taken care of, even when there were problems. Nourimane is truly one of the best receptionists I have dealt with, and she deserves recognition from management for going above and beyond for guests.
Thank you, Nourimane, for your kindness and exceptional service! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
This hotel was in a very convenient location, super easy to find and the mosque was 18 minute walk. The room was comfortable and a great reprieve from some of the other beds we saw at older riads. The only issue we had was the door man who was very insistent on a tip when we didn’t use his services - followed us to the street trying to take our luggage
Our stay at this hotel was an excellent. The property is fairly new and the rooms are well kept and clean. The staff are very friendly. The location is close to everything and one of the best restaurants in Casablanca.
Great location and the service was accommodating . The breakfast was plentiful with a variety of options that were included and pleasing.

Disliked: Cleanliness
There’s mold in the bathroom and it’s very bad, I told the front desk housekeeping tried to clean it but was not successful I had to take 1 minute showers.
Stay was amazing only that on the first day the breakfast wasn't buffet as written during booking, the room was super clean though I spot a roach coming under my bed, I believe is just a coincidence. Other than that everything was superb.
Expedia keeps refusing to submit my reviews. I would believe the other reviews and not book this hotel until they fix their constant issues with their AC. It has broker a few times whilst we were there and eventually moved to the Sofitel.
Staff is clueless, especially when the manager is away, was told “i don’t know” when asking about a maintenance work order. Also spa service is unreliable, wasn’t available that day. Maybe they were having a bad day but I legit checked into another hotel due to the cluelessness. In case you were not aware, front desk lady is also maintenance even though she has to submit an order, got upset when i checked and said “if it was such a big deal for you, I would’ve personally fixed it”. Like maam, it was a big deal given I submitted a work order???? Will say it’s a nice building but staff could be better
Honestly, the service is very terrible in this hotel. They only give you one small bottle of water for your stay even if you book for a month and we are two adults I asked for a bottle of water the next day they told me you can only get it once And the water in the lobby is way overpriced. Also the shower gel and amenities or all empty.
