We were charged $24.00 on check out. 1st they asked if we had a pet? but we had no pet. Unless they consider a stuffed animal a pet. Then he said that expedia Doesn't cover all the fees. We said that this has never happened before and i book through expedia frequently. Well it cost us another $24.00. So beware of addition fees upon check out.

Horrible Experience

I never even stayed at the property, when I arrived to check in the front desk man told me he only had one room available but it didn’t have any A/C. It’s summer! Way too hot to stay with o A/C! It’s also illegal to charge someone for a room with no air conditioner in Arizona! When I told him I couldn’t stay in that room because we needed A/C he proceeded to tell me I needed to cancel online with the company I paid the room for. Oyo is refusing to give me a refund and I didn’t ever stay!

What a DUMP!

What a dump!! Electronic door code 1234. Very junky, dirty, unkept. I did not stay the night. Phone number did not work to call the hotel. No one on property!! Avoid this place at all cost!!!

This property should not be listed as a place to stay. It was disgusting. I checked in and the pictures from the website don’t even come close to the disaster that really exists. It was filthy. There were mattresses in the parking lot and police tape on parts of the building. I checked in but didn’t stay here. I immediately rebooked a different hotel. I can’t trust Travelocity anymore, which is sad.

You Get What You Pay For

It's in Az booked for 4 days. Temp about 105 degrees. Check in about 5 pm. Take all my stuff from the car. Air inside doesn't work, No Wi-Fi, smells lite cig. Smoke cover up. Phone doesn't work. Walk to front desk. Poor girl she can't help me. Has to wait till morning. 1 room left. Upstairs. No elevator. I am with child. Can't haul items from main floor to 2nd floor let alone haul myself up and down stairs. I then say I need my money back. Can't give money back. Call Corp. office, I call after explaining it all sitting in car getting later only to be told No refunds.
