We were able to have family pick it up; or they would have sent it to us. So glad people are honest and willing to help us! "

"I didn’t have the chance to see the pool, but I was told it was nice. The hotel is quite simple and could be made more attractive. There are other nearby options at a similar price that feel more welcoming. The parking area was dirty, and although the room was okay, there was no hot water. What stood out the most was the cleanliness of the sheets and towels — they were spotless. Overall, there’s definitely room for improvement. "
