"The condition of the room was fine, and the staff was super nice. The service itself wasn't so good. I requested several times for someone to come help me with the safe inside the room, and no one came up to help me even though they said they would. I also reported the phone inside the room didn't work on the first night, and they also didn't fix it. The rooms don't have an iron to iron your clothes, you have to do this on a separate floor they have. Sometimes they would last a couple of days...
