"We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The king beds were comfortable and the rain shower head provided a good flow. The breakfast provided with the booking was good, for a few dollars you could upgrade your options which I did 2 days. The location was quiet at night. The front desk staff was helpful in getting our room changed to a better option for us. Enjoyable stay. "

"Our room at Casa 1810 Centro was nice but there was construction noise directly behind our room which started at 8 AM and usually lasted till 6:00 PM. The staff was great and offered us another room at sister hotel Casa 1810 Parque. This move was a disaster!! Room 303 at Casa 1810 Parque was below a party room where they were always moving furniture, plants, metal chairs, etc. Turned out to be a nightmare until 11 PM almost every night. The staff at Casa 1810 Parque did their best to accommodate us and was very apologetic for the noise. "

"It was just okay. Even though I speak Spanish, and it seemed that the staff spoke no English they never explained what was included in the breakfast so I ordered extra, which was not very good. The coffee was very weak. They also insisted that I could not check in earlier than 3 PM however today when I was checking out or left the hotel at 10 AM and I had to go back at 11 AM. The room is already clean and available so why would they not or force me or anyone to wait for extra hours?"
