"At a time of great family tragedy, the staff went out of their way to help us in every way they could. I can't rate them high enough, especially Jonathan and Anna at the front desk. I knew the hotel was doing significant renovations, this wasn't a problem for me as I worked in construction for many years. I loved seeing the daily progress!"

"Great downtown location within walking distance to the convention center. We came from out of town and stayed there to attend a concert. The hotel was clean, updated and the lobby was buzzing with energy. A few other pluses include - One, we valet parked and avoided any potential traffic/parking issues during our stay. Two, while the hotel has a restaurant, there are plenty of good restaurants within walking distance. Three, the staff was very courteous and helpful. Four, the location put us in the mix of local culture events happening in the area just outside the hotel. I would definitely stay there again. "

"The lady at the front desk with the purple hair was AMAZING! The only issues I had was the fact that the breakfast wasn’t complimentary like it said before booking and the pool was Filthy! "

"Loved the open concept of the hotel looking down to the lobby area. Breakfast was much better than what most hotels offer, real eggs, plenty of choices. The lounge/lobby area was a great place to cam out during down time. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. "

"I had forgotten my hair dryer and there was not one included in my room. I went to front desk to see if they had one I could borrow and was told no, they dont have extras. So I had to go and buy one for my trip. It was just odd that it seems everytime I stay ANYWHERE, there is a hairdryer whether I need it or not. "
