"Sam was wonderful upon checking in early and accommodating us! We had an issue where the door lock failed and we were locked out of our room. The chief engineer came to the property right away and was able to get us in our room so we could get on belongings and move to a new room! He was very kind and helpful! Also the night auditor(forgive me, I cannot remember her name), was wonderful in getting us moved into a new room on the same floor right away because it was late and she allowed us to put the kids to bed. Additionally, the second night we were there we found a very small bunny by our car and she assisted our daughter in moving it to a safer location because it seemed to be injured. I thought that was very sweet because our daughter was heartbroken for the little guy and not having it’s mother. Melissa and Dee were very understanding and compassionate towards the situation with the room lockout. They were professional and respectful of the inconvenience, and found a way to make the situation better. In all the service at The John CarverInn Plymouth was wonderful and made the stay worthwhile!
