"There are very few shops nearby. To visit them, you have to risk your life crossing a busy highway, which is undergoing nearby construction. The drivers are aggressive and inconsiderate, practically targeting you as you cross the street. No crosswalks are nearby either. "

The pool area is nice to relax and parking was always easy. Staff were friendly and helpful. The location in Chalong is convenient for getting around the island, especially if you have a car. "The hotel was OK. It's on a street that is full of bars, not many dining options. The restaurants that come up in search are all closed. Walk about 10 minutes and you can get to a couple of street stands. The room advertises microwave in-room, but there was none there. The service staff barged into the room to clean even though we have the Do Not Disturb sign on, we had to talk to them about that. The safe does not work, so we did not want people in there when we were not present. 3rd floor walk...
