"Manu was a great host, he was very welcoming and helpful and provided clear instructions to find the apartment, parking and how to get into the property. The property was exactly as advertised, in a great location and was spotless. Also, having tea and coffee at the property is only a small touch but has a great impact and shows Manu cares for guests. "Had a lovely stay at Windsor cottage. Well presented, great amenities and the most comfortable bed in the master bedroom. Slept like a log! Ate out in local restaurants, which were lovely especially Alberto’s Italy. There are a couple of free parking areas in town 5-10 minutes away. "The property was really good. Clean, tidy and well presented. My only issue was that the radiators were not as warm despite being on the highest setting. The bedroom especially was very cold. Another negative is upto now I have not received my deposit back. Surely you should have a system that works for returning deposits back. People are so busy spmetimes one will forget to check that the deposit has been returned back"

"I loved my four nights at The Store!!! It started with the amazing welcome by the friendly staff and a welcome drink upon a very hot arrival. My room was upgraded due to my Expedia status without even asking, and I was offered the food and beverage credit upon check-in. I have found that to get these perks at some VIP hotels, you often have to ask specifically. The room itself was so clean, bright, and cheerful, and they had lovely music playing upon arrival....small touches that make an environment feel very welcoming. The waters and such in the minibar were included and restocked daily. Housekeeping refreshed the room daily. The air conditioning was a bit weak, but I asked for a fan, and it arrived at my room within minutes. The restaurant was great for both breakfast and dinner. The spa's thermal area, which guests enjoy at no cost, was lovely. The only con I encountered was that I was never able to get the screen casting to work, and on the last day, the channels on my TV stopped working. The pros more than made up for that. Everyone I encountered was so kind and helpful, from the front desk to the restaurant staff to the spa area. The room was a bright, calming oasis at the end of a long day. I was truly sad to check out. This was a wonderful stay! I HIGHLY recommend this hotel. When I return to Oxford, this will definitely be where I stay!"
