Smoke detectors in the room had no batteries. Room cleanliness can improve. Window sill was dirty. Window transparent curtains were somewhat soiled. Bed sheets were not an issue at all, bed was good and pillows were of excellent quality. Breakfast had no eggs and available items were not enticing.

Comfortable beds, hot shower, great A/C & convenient for our travel destinations The towels looked filthy (they were clean), we had to purchase our own at Dollar General. toilet paper sitting on empty roll, not on holder itself. Tub very slippery, we purchased tub mat & also rug to step on. small towel holder kept falling off wall (no screw). elevator inspection past due It was just a place to shower & sleep so we were satisfied

Good enough for the night

On the way home from a spring break trip. We just needed a place to sleep for the night. This hotel was the lowest price. I think I would describe it as a nice hotel that is right on the cusp of needing refurbishment. Things were overall in good condition but showing wear. Beds were just firm enough for me. I find most hotel beds too soft, but these were fine for a night of sleep. The bathroom was enormous compared to other places I have stayed in the last year or so. Plenty of counter space and a nice big tub and shower. We just stayed one night, we didn't use any of the amenities of the hotel. I can't speak to the pool or the quality of the breakfast. It's a good enough hotel if you're looking to just sleep the night and get back on the road in the morning.

Our stay here was disappointing. This hotel clearly maintains a clientele of mainly truckers/construction workers, which is not an issue but the hotel does not service the rooms appropriately after rooms encounter the types of dirt/grease/debris that follows this type of hard labor. Not only was our room/bathroom far from meeting cleanliness standards, the entire hotel (elevator included) was dirty and not well maintained. There were a total of 3 light bulbs burned out in the dimly lit room. We ended up purchasing cleaning supplies to wipe hard surfaces and clean the bathroom prior to allowing our children to use it. The one positive remark I feel obligated to make is that the female and male who worked the check in desk on 10/12 provided phenomenal customer service and met any need we voiced with positive attitudes.

Had no hot water and didn’t know when it would be back! Pool was closed for health reasons? When confronted the desk personnel said only, we needed to speak to the manager but they wouldn’t be in until Monday! Unfortunately bad stay.
