"En general es muy normal, la señora de la cocina muy querida y servicial. Las toallas estaban manchadas de amarillo. La primer noche, nos quedamos con la llave del lavamanos en la mano y fue reparada, la piscina con excesivo olor a cloro. No, nos sentimos seguros, la chapa de la habitación estaba dañada a pesar de que se echaba seguro, se podía abrir desde afuera, así que para dormir nos tocó poner una silla por seguridad, pues estábamos con niños. "The receptionist was friendly. The room was clean but had no air conditioning so thats why Im giving 4 stars. The night got really humid. Breakfast was delicious. They have a dog and a cat which I love to see establishments being kind to animals. They also have a convenient store right next to the hotel that was definitely a plus."
