Sonesta Hotel Cartagena
Second time staying here and I already plan to come back again! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, the pool is great, and the location is perfect, close to El Centro and the airport. The restaurant food is delicious, and the whole place feels safe, clean, and relaxing.
