Chairs are very uncomfortable almost everywhere on the property. One pool was closed and the other seemed to be under maintainence often (was also sort of murky looking). Guides could have provided a bit more instruction and written notes for the activity times and such would also be helpful. Otherwise it is very peaceful, the staff is super nice and accommodating, and there are activities available. Definitely good value for the price!

A great island choice!

We stayed here for 6 nights, and enjoyed our time here. Although the rooms are a bit dated and worn, we didn’t expect 5 star amenities and it met our needs for the price. The hotel is very well managed, and the staff is friendly and attentive. The food is excellent and the menu is varied enough so that there are always a few things that that you might choose to eat. Also the prices are reasonable for an island hotel. This place does not see the hordes of daytrippers the hotels on the north shore get, so it’s rather peaceful. We had a superior king room that was very comfortable, with good AC (highly recommend AC; it’s pretty hot here). Our only recommendation to the hotel is that they invest in comfortable chairs for the dining area, and provide cushions for the pool loungers.

Das Hotel Secreto liegt traumhaft eingebettet vom Meer, Lagunen, Palmen und Mangroven auf der ruhigen Seite des Insel. Dort sind kaum Wellen. Es hat uns dort sehr gut gefallen. 😊 Lage Personal Pool Essen/Trinken Preis-/Leistung Ausflüge • Zimmeraustattung (spartanisch) • Wasserdruck • Bausubstanz teilweise mit erneuerungsbedarf • Badestrand teilweise etwas schlammig • Abends lange etwas lauter (Party) - Endabrechnung auf Fehler kontrollieren - keine Reaktion bei WhatsApp bzgl. An- und Abreiseorganisation (wird angeboten) Wir würden die Anlage für Menschen empfehlen, die nicht höchsten Wert auf Luxus legen, die Natur und Entspannung sowie solides Essen lieben. Alles in allem stimmen hier Preis und Leistung.

En general fue bueno, los alimentos son balanceados, tienen buen menu, los cuartos a pesar de faltarle un poco mas de mantenimiento, son comodos, el servicio de los meseros en la piscina y restaurantes es muy bueno.. lo unico a mejorar es la actitud de las dos mujeres q trabajan en recepción, les falta ser mas amables y tener mas actitud de servicio.. en general mi estadia fue buena.. es importante aclarar que el hotel no tiene una buena playa para pasar el día.. caminando 20 min hay buenas playas para pasar el día.
