The pool was extra small & not clean when we arrived. Room 105 was big compared to 107. The bathroom was very small. The breakfast was very bland & the menu was the same throughout the visit. The walls are thin so you can hear everything from the street to your neighbors. Overall I wouldn’t stay at casa Emma upon my next vista to Cartagena. I would say that it is located near many restaurants and money exchange booths, that’s the only great thing about the place.

Clean , quiet, family kids friendly, staff are nice and helpful specially Ider the guy at the front desk, AC is very cold as needed in a hot weather city , wifi worked great, close to everything, it needs small fridge in their rooms, to keep our outside drinks cold

I had the best sleep during my stay. The bed and pillows are comfy. The shower was good with excellent warm water. The staff is very helpful, friendly and kind. Just sweet and nice people. I felt at home and welcomed. Also it is a great location to get to restaurants, museums, and meeting points for tours. I will stay there again.

Perfect location, walking distance to all the popular sites, and very nice staff. However, there is no airport shuttle as advertised, no local maps available, and the room has no place to put your luggage except on the floor. A table or luggage rack would be a great improvement.

This was an ideal place to stay! Close to every conveniences, and the pool was super chill, perfect for photo opps. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and assisted with a minor travel hiccup I encountered. I would definitely stay again at Casa Emma Hotel, especially while in Cartagena!!

Our stay overall was amazing. The hotel is at a very good center point. You have access to anything and everything you want. From the minute you step foot outside there’s tons of things to do and explore. From restaurants, to pubs, supermarkets and even the vendors selling arepas at the corner. The staff is super courteous and friendly. The cleaning ladies and the personnel at the lobby are extremely nice. The only thing that I would suggest for the future is maybe placing a fridge and a microwave in the rooms, if not at the lounge outside the lobby. It would be very helpful. Other than that, I would go back next time I visit Cartagena.

The rooms and property are nice clean and modest but that’s all you need. We loved the staff, the traditional breakfast, and it was very accessible to walk anywhere in the walled city.
