"I've stayed there for years now because we have a dog but the rooms have just deteriorated. The door latch fell off in my hand and the room is just looking dated now. You can hear people above you and this time the family above was absolutely obnoxious I had to call at 1030. Not 3 peaks fault but symbolic maybe. I don't know what it is, but the staff is just never friendly when I arrive. Like they don't want to be there. This will probably be the last time there. The wife wasn't too happy."
"Great location lakeside with beautiful views, easy walking distance to restaurant and other amenities, all at a reasonable price. One problem with shower faucet not working but they provided a refund for our inconvenience. Would probably stay there again in the future."
