"Size and location of property was good, but owner knew the oven was broken since he text me minutes before I was able to check in and did not have it repaired or have an alternative to bake with. We were left with a make due kind of attitude. For the cost, there should have been something there to bake with especially since we were staying 4 nights and a party of 8. "Check in was good I asked if possible for down stairs floor and to back cause of having two dogs. So wanted access to doggy potty area and got a corner room . Wasn't sure how dogs would do with neighbors above and on the sides. They actually did great. Rooms were clean and beds much better the second time around. Love having the hard wood floor made much easier to borrow the broom and sweep up dog hair before we left. Just curious what happened to coffee pots in rooms."

"The experience was not so good. The breakfast was not what I had expected like Holiday Inn Express. The lobby staff was not friendly when I asked for checkout receipt. She told me that I had to discussed to Hotels.com which they had nothing to do with it even everything is okay on their ends.??? I am very confused on their partnership with you. I was not aware it was a CASINO hotel, thus what can I expected?! Haha. I hope that I were not be double charge by you and the hotel."

"The Hotel, Restaurant, Bar and other amenities were great. However, the very best part was the staff, who were ALL exceptional-plus!! It was truly remarkable how genuinely friendly and helpful the staff members were. We even found the exceptionally friendly service in many of the other venues that we visited nearby. A fabulous few days in North Lake Tahoe that we plan to experience again."

"The actual hotel is being renovated into a best western. The motel is run down & needs MAJOR renovations. Theres no elevator & we were only offered 2 floor rooms. I had an infant that doesn’t walk & an older family member. Wouldn’t let my stray cat stay here"

"The room was big and we liked that. We could choose to park at ground level or an underground garage. The fan in the bathroom was loud. Even though it said no smoking the room we smelled really badly of cigarettes. It must have been a room that was previously for smokers. It really bothered my daughter and I. I wished we had asked for a different room. The hair blower didn't work. The women at the front desk was very nice. It was nice to have a continental breakfast."

"Pros: i liked the different pool options, 2 outdoor pools, one indoor and a jacuzzi. The scenery was beautiful and i liked the arcade and full kitchen. The shower was also unique due to the double shower heads. Staff was helpful! Cons: Parking garage was difficult, limited space to maneuver while parking. Only one tiny trash bin in toilet/bathroom, No trash bin in bedroom. No sitting chair in the bedroom, i had to take a chair from the dining room. One pool said it was heated, but it wasn't, it was a very cold pool. No Complimentary coffee"
