"If I could give this place zero stars I would it was absolutely disgusting. Our socks and feet were covered in black from the dirt on the floors. There was dried pee on the toilet. I am almost positive no one cleaned that room. There was stuff on the bed makeup still on the towels. Crumbs all on the floor you couldn’t even see out of the peep hole to look outside because it was covered with paint. We also saw a roach crawl into the sink. We are also about 95% sure they have bedbugs. On top of...

"I would have stayed elsewhere if I had a choice, but ended up here because all the proper airport hotels were sold out. No shuttle from the airport: between $20-30 for a cab. Facilities not great, e.g. carpet near bathroom was soaking wet (either from rain or plumbing problems, I don't know). No heavy blanket provided, so the only possibility to stay warm was to turn on the very noisy heater. Breakfast was provided, but just cold cereal and plastic-wrapped danishes. "

"Booked for 3 nights because of close access to bike trail. Stayed 1 and left. Room very dirty, gap in entry door let in cold air and bugs. There's more, but you get what you pay for, right?"

"The hotel was clean overall decent amenities, could tell there could be some upgrades to things like TV and may be carpet. However, upon checking in the line was outrageous as the airline stewardess were coming in to stay as well. Not enough help at the front desk to move the lines along. And the gates in and out of the hotel did not work the entire three nights that we were there. Overall, it was decent, but I would stay at a different hotel due to staffing, as well as the gate in-N-Out being a nightmare, not to mention parking was$20 a day."
"I contacted the hotel to make sure when I arrived in the middle of the night for the room I paid for in full that we would still be able to check in. I was told yes as long as it was before 3am. I called around 10:30pm. Upon arrival which was before 3am I was told that they didn’t have any rooms left including the one I already paid for. Leaving me and my young kids stranded at 2:45am. Had I known that we would be unable to check in I would have booked another hotel 2 hours prior to our arrival. We had drove for 10 hours and just needed to sleep for a few hours before getting on the road again and sleeping in my car with small kids isn’t an option. I have checked into hotels in the middle of the night many times and never had an issue where I was told to arrive by a certain time
Then upon arrival told they couldn’t check me in and didn’t have the room I paid for available. Thankfully a local hotel not only checked us in but gave a huge discount for our horrible experience at double tree. "
