"Stayed on the 11th floor and had a view of Union Station and the fountain which might’ve been nice if it was just a lot of unhoused people bathing themselves in it. Windows were pretty filthy so even trying to take pictures out of them of the Reunion Tower didn’t turn out great. Besides that, room was nice and quiet, valet was fast. Close to Sixth Floor Museum, which is why we booked it."

"For our first time staying here, it was pretty decent. Our refrigerator wasn't as cold as we'd like it to have been (the knob was broken off to change the temperature) but it wasn't the end of the world."

"This hotel is our go to when we have something at the American Airlines Center. I love that we can walk to anywhere that we need whether it’s eating, entertainment or venues. This hotel is really located in the best spot - super clean and extremely friendly staff. Another plus is their breakfast is absolutely amazing!"

"The property was clean and rooms were clean as well. The front desk attendant was not friendly nor informative. When she gave me the key cards she didn’t tell me the room number, the floor, and she also didn’t point to the elevators. I have stayed at other Weston’s and service has been excellent. His attendant acted like I had been there before and I knew my way around the hotel. At checkout that attendant was friendly, courteous, and an excellent representative of Westin."
