We had 2 rooms, and the TVs weren't showing any channels in either room. You could connect a device to stream. Staff was very accommodating of our pets.

Our room was clean and comfortable for sure and the breakfast and a sweet lady offered so much help during breakfast on day one. The staff was really good during our stay and you can tell the hotel is old and is in need of a major renovation. The staff was the best part and our comfy bed. Would not stay again unless it goes through a renovation but it will be a year until we are back in this area.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The check in and check out process was effortless. The pet friendly atmosphere made my stay perfect. The breakfast buffet was great—- I’ve experienced many hotel breakfasts and cannot say it measured up. This Hampton Inn was exceptional.

Nice hotel

This hotel was nice and clean. The staff did what they were supposed to do, get us checked in and answer questions but were not overly helpful. The hotel does not have a lot of frills but met everything we needed. It was clean, in a good location, nice size, comfortable bed, nice shower and a decent breakfast. I would stay here again if we are ever in the area.

This hotel staff was very sweet and helpful. However, i greeted by 6 cats in the parking lot checking in and leaving, I’m afraid of cats. It was a great deal of noise while trying to sleep at night, after 1:00 a.m. It also seems to be an older hotel but it is still nice, just in need of some remodeling in certain areas. Pillows are terrible as well. Good hotel overall but has its flaws.

Room comfortable and clean. Breakfast always good at Hampton. Door very hard to shut and key stopped working. Lobby gold chairs are filthy and breakfast area furniture could be upgraded.

Could have been better

The room was clean and expansive. The sounds from outside the room we're not dampened. I could hear trucks on the highway all night. I could be people walking down the halls and I was in a corner room. The pillows were horrible. Almost like not having one.

Property was well maintained and breakfast area was super clean, well stocked, and the food was tasty! The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our family. We were in town for a family wedding and they were friendly, provided one of our rooms an hour early so we could unload and change to go to a rehearsal dinner, which was super helpful! We were traveling with elderly grandparents and they provided rooms close to the front of the hotel, near the handicapped parking, and next to each other so we could be available if they needed us. A couple of staff even took some pictures for us before we left for the wedding and were so kind to our older family. Amazing service! Thank you!

First room I was given smelled of cigarette smoke. In my second room, when I turned off the air conditioning ( I don't sleep with it on ) the smell of cigarette smoke was very bad. Actually hurt my lungs. There's no excuse for this to be occurring in hotels these days. I haven't encountered this problem in years. Also there was an almost finished bottle of rum by my fridge, left by a gust, standing in plain site. Based on the cigarette smoke I would not recommend this hotel. The front staff is nice.
