This hotel staff was very sweet and helpful. However, i greeted by 6 cats in the parking lot checking in and leaving, I’m afraid of cats. It was a great deal of noise while trying to sleep at night, after 1:00 a.m. It also seems to be an older hotel but it is still nice, just in need of some remodeling in certain areas. Pillows are terrible as well. Good hotel overall but has its flaws.

Excellent Stay

Although we arrived early and were booked for the third floor, we are old Army buddies with the accompanying medical issues, the front desk went out of their way to register us early and find a first floor room. The housekeeper adjusted her schedule in excellent condition for us and did a great job cleaning it for us. We’ll be back.

Great single night stay

We had a good experience. We were on the first floor and the tile by the door and bathroom was damp. No fan in the bathroom so we put the air conditioner on dry mode. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hot breakfast was very nice! Lots of fresh fruit, too. Only wish we had time to use the pool!

Just came back from a 4-night stay. They claim that housekeeping is done every other day but they only removed garbage, add a set of towel and made the bed. No dirty sheet is changed, no refill for cups and the bath math was removed. Hot breakfast quality is not good.

Property was well maintained and breakfast area was super clean, well stocked, and the food was tasty! The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our family. We were in town for a family wedding and they were friendly, provided one of our rooms an hour early so we could unload and change to go to a rehearsal dinner, which was super helpful! We were traveling with elderly grandparents and they provided rooms close to the front of the hotel, near the handicapped parking, and next to each other so we could be available if they needed us. A couple of staff even took some pictures for us before we left for the wedding and were so kind to our older family. Amazing service! Thank you!

This property does not live up to the Hampton Inn standards. This was not very clean and not well maintained. We love Hampton Inn so we were surprised by the conditions here.

Not up to the hampton name

Dog barked for 2 hours on the afternoon we arrived. Apparently a service dog that was left in the hotel room. At 1am a group of people left the hotel and wanted everyone to know. We did not like the overall hotel design. The internal open area only contributed to the internal noise. Hotel staff was nice, especially the lady covering the breakfast area. Glad we only stayed one night.

Not what I ordered

I don’t know who is responsible for this, I booked a room for 5 adults but was given a 4 person room with no ability to bring in a cot. My son had to go pay over a hundred dollars a night for a room down the street. Really not cool since 5 other rooms were reserved at this hotel chosen by me as it could accommodate 5 adults in one room. Will not use Hotels.com again

First room I was given smelled of cigarette smoke. In my second room, when I turned off the air conditioning ( I don't sleep with it on ) the smell of cigarette smoke was very bad. Actually hurt my lungs. There's no excuse for this to be occurring in hotels these days. I haven't encountered this problem in years. Also there was an almost finished bottle of rum by my fridge, left by a gust, standing in plain site. Based on the cigarette smoke I would not recommend this hotel. The front staff is nice.

Do NOT book

Do not book here. Being under the brand of Hilton hotels, and being a former reservationist, this establishment is an embarrassment. Our family stay was booked for 3 nights for a family of five. Get to hotel and found out each room could only support four people. They gave us extra blankets so fifth person could sleep on the smelly carpet. The carpet smells like smelly feet, the mini fridge is missing a rack, it’s housed in a dilapidated dresser, the bathroom door does not shut all the way, the blackout curtains do not cover the window, the window faces the parking lot so you will get lots of headlights at night shining in and sun waking you up at sunrise. Behind the curtains that cover a wall are some serious gross stains. There were black pubic hairs in the bathtub and around it. We are all red heads… Attached you will find pictures. We called hotels.com and got a resolution. We left after the first night. The only positive was the kind lady making waffles for everyone at breakfast. The hotel needs a major renovation.

Very old and rundown. Has a horrible smell in the rooms. Had a spider on the bed, television didn’t work. Had to change to a smaller room. Would not recommend.
