I recognize the the bathrooms are space-constrained, but gosh I wish you could do something about getting an oval toilet in those rooms."

"Hotel was yucky, dirty and actually very scary. The kids cried all night. The pool was locked before 10pm and overall it was terrible and I have stayed in some bad hotels, this was the worst! Would never ever stay here again, even it if was free!"
