"Beautiful hotel all around but don’t know if it was overall worth the price. Anyone has access to the elevators which is surprising for the price you’re paying, wasn’t really comfortable with that. There was one person working the happy hour so it was impossible to get a drink. Took 20+ minutes to get our vehicle from valet which offset our plans. The cherry on top was that our AC was set to 68 degrees and was reading 74 and was very difficult to sleep. Walls are also paper thin so being the room RIGHT by the elevator (975) we heard people singing etc. from the second we got there til about midnight. Really just bummed spending the extra money to stay here as a “luxury” and it was really sub par."

"Liked the location -- close to the airport. Disappointed in the room, mostly with housekeeping. The room decor is very dated and in need of a refresh. There was mold on the shower curtain. The facial tissue dispenser was empty. Coffee available in the room but no coffee cups. There was only 2 sets of towels for a reservation for 3 guests. I wouldn't stay here again. I would go across the street to the Marriott Courtyard instead."

"clean room, staff was friendly, hot tub was amazing. indoor and outdoor pool, neither of them heated and the outdoor one is shaded so it doesn’t get too warm. the bedsheets are super rough. it felt like i was getting rug burn everytime i rolled over so i’d bring a blanket. there’s also no lock on the bathroom doors. microwave and fridge in room"
