"Single night stay at this hotel as part of a roadtrip. We arrived early at 1pm but rooms weren't available until 3pm so we popped over to the West Virginia State Capital Building in Charleston which is well worth a visit. Upon our return we were served by the wonderful Michaela on the reception desk. She was polite, very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. The room was spacious and quiet with cool aircon and comfy beds. Up early for breakfast which was varied and tasty with the best coffee of our trip so far."

"It's an older hotel with a modest facelift. It was as expected based on previous reviews. Room smelled strong of air freshener and was humid (we switched rooms and it was the same), the hallway was around 80°, and the elevator was sketchy. The folks at the desk were really friendly and accommodating, and gave us a late checkout. Staff were great. The quality didn't seem to line up with the cost ($180)."

"I booked this hotel for my husband, our son, and my son's friend, while they were in town for the Billy Strings concert. My husband texted me immediately and said you have to give this place 5 stars 🌟! He said the staff was very pleasant, and the room was more like a suite. It had a closet, extra blankets, two AC units in the room, a couch, and two windows seats. He said it was very clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the price for the room was great! If he could give more than five stars, he said he would!! Thank you for a pleasant stay!!😊"
