Forgot something in the room, called them later in the day and spoke with someone at the desk. They had the items, and arranged for pickup the next morning. Very helpful and nice. "We got there late at night and trying to identify where you’re going in the dark is a little bit complicated :-) however, once the sun came up it was a beautiful vista. The lodges are comfortable - I crashed on the couch so the kids could have the beds and I didn’t even pull it out because it was just perfect. Gorgeous area. "

"We had reservations for Eisinhower, next door to the other hotel. Note - if you check in late, you'll have to check in next door. Fortunately they took pity on us and put us in a room in the other hotel. Room was huge and clean - comfortable bed and great ammenities. Definitely recommend!"

"Parking was secure and easy, room was nice but very hot when we got there - it took a long time to cool it down but eventually by bedtime, it did cool down. House is very nice and clean and host Patricia is very friendly and welcoming."
