"Perfect location and space! We were upgraded on our arrival and the room was recently renovated. Even though there was a lot of street noise at night, the retrofit windows inside of the old windows kept all the noise out. I would stay at this hotel again!"

"Location is excellent. Our room faced the Cathedrale so the view was wonderful. If you choose this hotel it’s for the location. Otherwise our room was extremely dated and in need of a makeover. Especially the bathroom. Brown carpet was stained. Previous persons socks left behind on the closet floor and the safe didn’t work. I was forced to carry all our valuables with me during our 4 days in Strasbourg. Expedia’s description states the hotel’s safe is available from 8 am to 9 pm but staff told us the manager was only in until noon daily and was the only person who could open it."
