The Royal Sonesta San Juan

"I had a lovely stay at the Royal Sonesta San Juan and would happily recommend this property. The staff was polite, friendly, and welcoming, and my room was very clean and comfortable. The property itself was beautiful and very well maintained, with a prime beachfront location that made it especially enjoyable. Breakfast at the Aleli restaurant was top notch. The food was excellent, and the service was outstanding. It was a wonderful way to start each day. My only negative experience occurred on my final night, when a group of new guests were very loud in the hallway around 2:00 a.m. They remained in the hallway for quite some time, talking and laughing loudly, which unfortunately woke me up and disturbed my sleep. I chose not to complain since it was my last night, and I otherwise had such a wonderful experience at the property. Overall, my vacation at the Royal Sonesta San Juan was lovely. The beautiful beachfront location, cleanliness, excellent breakfast, and friendly staff made it a memorable stay, and I would definitely consider returning."

"My husband and I stayed at the Hyatt Centric for 5 days. The hotel is located close to the beach, restaurants/bars and public transportation. We really enjoyed our stay here! The hotel has an outdoor pool/jacuzzi and lobby coffee bar which we loved! The room was WONDERFUL! The bed was so comfy, it was clean and the TV included cable channels. The WiFi worked 100% of the time! The only thing that I feel that they should improve is the lack of communication. No one told us where to find the elevators to our room, where the pool area or the laundry room were when we first checked in."

"My husband and I stayed here for our 15th year anniversary and LOVED IT! All the way from check in till check out. We had a little issue with our room’s A/C but that was resolved quickly, professionally and friendly by the manager. Truly, everyone at the front desk superseded our expectations; extra shout out Diane who gives this place an extra spark of life. The owners are doing a great job remodeling and decorating this place but even more with the staff they have chosen all around. We were truly sad to go and will definitely be back!!!"
