"The hotel is not too bad, it is 10 to 15mins to Alcazaba. The rooms are outdated and not clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good especially the fresh squeezed lemon."

"I would not recommend this hotel despite its beautiful bar. The hotel itself is however clean and modern but there are a few things that made the stay underwhelming. The biggest was that the advertised pool was closed, in mid July while the high temperate routinely touches 40 plus degrees (100F). The explanation was confusing and convoluted. "It is a nice place to stay if you are traveling to Merida during crowded seasons. There is nothing in Twon, but two cafes, so the idea of this place is rest and go. The place is clean, it's Pet-friendly and the staff is very accommodating and always smiling."
