"I always start with the positives: 1. The room and common areas were clean. 2. The desk clerks were friendly and efficient. 3. The heating and bathroom fixtures operated correctly. "I stayed here for the first time, and the front desk staff were very warm and welcoming. Check-in was very fast, and the lobby had a little area to buy drinks and some snacks, which is always helpful. The room I had was a suite with a king bed and separate sofa, and the room was clean, with everything working properly. The room was quiet, and I slept well on the bed. The morning breakfast was convenient and tasty- I had scrambled eggs, bacon and yogurt. Check-out was simple, as a receipt was slid under my door during the night. The hotel is very close to OSF St. Anthony, so that was great for me, as I had a meeting there in the morning. Overall, the place is very clean and inviting, and I would definitely stay there again⬆️."
