"Prior to my stay, I received an email notification that contained a discrepancy regarding my reserved room size. I called the hotel directly and spoke with John at the front desk, who reassured me that I would get the correct room. When we arrived for an early check-in, John was there to assist us and handled the process seamlessly. John represented the hotel exceptionally well. He was consistently friendly throughout our stay, and his professional demeanor was greatly appreciated."

"The staff was amazing and very friendly. They were short staffed when we were there and had to perform multiple duties. They pulled it off seamlessly. The lobby area is very cozy and inviting and so is the restaurant and bar. The room was very clean and comfortable, but could definitely use some updating."

"This place was perfect size for one person I had to extend my stay for a couple days. They worked with me, unfortunately due to the storm I couldn’t ask for anything better and literally I was five minutes from the airport from Fort Hill airport and five minutes to the army base. Definitely recommend coming here. "
