"Wonderful stay from check-in to checkout. The apartment was spotless and quiet, the online staff were so welcoming, and the location made everything easy. Highly recommend! It's one of the best hotels we have stayed in when it comes to clean and fresh and comfortable. The only thing to note, like in many big cities, you want to be mindful (Chinatown, Vancouver) of your surroundings. Walkable to everything downtown, fully equipped kitchen area, towels were stellar, clean modern room at large, and excellent value! Overall, a lovely boutique hotel and very friendly and helpful staff - provided replies on all inquiries and a seamless arrival and departure. Exceeded our expectations! Think this hotel is a gem and underrated!"

"This classically beautiful hotel made for both a luxurious and convenient stay while on a group trip to Vancouver for a race. We especially appreciated the pool, spa, in-room soaking tubs, and on-site convenience store. The views from our rooms were exceptional. My only two minor complaints are that the Nespresso machine in my room didn't work and wasn't replaced when requested (I was luckily next to friends who let me use theirs); and the mini-fridges don't allow for guests to chill anything of their own (like leftovers or drinks purchased downstairs)."

"Surprised how modern, new and clean the hotel was. We stayed because of the great reviews and they were deserved. Great coffee in the a.m. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Enjoyed sitting on the Terrace and also rooftop. We did book an En Suite room so cannot speak to the shared accommodations."

"The property was very clean but we did have trouble with the cooling system and reaching a comfortable temperature for our preference. The host was extremely nice and quick to respond. We did need cream and sugar for our coffee, and perhaps more coffee had we had cream and sugar but the host did offer to reimburse us if we purchased any. We didn’t because once we were out we just found coffee. We did have difficulty finding a breakfast spot for earlier on Sunday morning. Thankfully, our host gave us a later check out so we had time to walk several blocks and search out a breakfast spot and then return for our luggage before heading out for our cruise ship."
