"Really enjoyed our time here. Really well ran and the staff are extremely attentive. Rooms are very good with no faults and tastefully decorated.
The hotel smells amazing, the foyer is clean and tidy. Staff are happy to be help where they can.
Breakfast is really really good. Something for everyone. Maybe could be cleaner about ordering cappuccinos/other drinks.
Lifts can be a pain, sometimes they will randomly stop (numerous times we would input floor 7 and end up at 5 - no one outside had pressed it. Lift would not work for 30 seconds).
The gym could do with some love (the multifunctional gym needs servicing/not properly working).
Minor issues but will absolutely be coming back!"
