"The staff I met were all very friendly. It was truly pet friendly and the breakfast was excellent value for money. Would definitely stay again on route to Portugal."

"La habitación estaba limpia y era cómoda, la ducha pequeña, y el personal agradable, la entrada fue sencilla y el pueblo es precioso. El hostal está en el centro del pueblo, pero las habitaciones que dan a la fachada principal si es fin de semana hay jaleo fuera y no hay quien duerma hasta tarde."

"This was a wonderful hotel! The lobby is clean, smells fresh, and is very inviting. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of options and the food was tasty. We also enjoyed a hot meal and drinks at the restaurant while watching a game on the large screen television. It is just a few minutes from Merida and has a lot of free parking. I would definitely stay here again! I recommend it...

"Clean, modern hotel near Merida amphitheatre and other sights (probably a 10-15 min walk). Easy to get to with hotel parking as well as free street parking nearby."

"Staff was super friendly, helpful and accommodating. We had a great stay."

"Wonderful property and great breakfast"

"very friendly staff, comfortable stay "

"We stayed here with 2 young children, all the staff were lovely. The room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was a good selection. And its well located with a big supermarket near by, as well as bars and restaurants. It was a short walk from the hotel to the nearby roman Bridge and other sites. I would stay here again."

"Well positioned with parking & v helpful staff"

"It was on a busy road but not much noise at night. We stayed October so the pool was closed. The room was clean but needed updating. But this was reflected in the price. There are two cafe/bars about 150 yards away where we had an excellent breakfast. It's about a 20 mins walk into the beautiful town. The receptionist could have been a bit more friendly. Good parking right outside the hotel. Overall it was a good stay."

"Very close to the train station yet in a very nice and tranquil ambiance. Clean and agreeable. The staff is amazing"

"The location was ideal and the staff were so helpful."

"Great location, excellent staff, excellent breakfast buffet, wonderful architecture"

"Very nice rooms well located within this very walkable town. Restayrants nearby. Great staff."

"Great location, friendly and attentive staff. Vending machines (snacks/drinks) at property that saved us as we arrived quite late. Good value for money."

"Lovely room, pleasant stay"

"Nice and private. Clean. Walkable to the main courtyard/shopping."

"Lo mejor sin duda es la ubicación.A 10 min andando del teatro y del anfiteatro, fácil aparcamiento en la zona y supermercados cerca."
