"Desk staff were extremely helpful and cheerful. Room was bright and clean. Lovely big pillows but too fluffy for our necks. Wasn’t thrilled about escape porch outside our room. Food in restaurant not the best, especially the open face turkey sandwich. It was something you got at a bargain restaurant. Overall we liked hotel and would stay again"

"Staff checked me in promptly and gave me straight forward instructions to get to my room which was also super easy to get to and nice and clean. Staff were super friendly and helpful and they let me know about breakfast hours and so on. I’d highly recommend this place for sure"

"We were greeted nicely and pleasantly on arrival at 6pm. Armeen was so nice to let us use the breakfast room for our noodles dinner after 10:30 pm on Saturday, after we had a whole day event in Barkerville. The hotel was newly renovated. Pillows and beddings were comfortable and clean. Sill lots of stain marks at the ceiling. In the bathroom, whenever we turned on the tap, foul smell came up from the drain, which made the whole room stink. Room 103,104 & 105. Please check and fix the problem. Got noisy tenants above our rooms upstairs. (Very late at night and then very early in the morning)"
