"We had a wonderful 3-day stay! The resort is beautiful, very clean, and features a lovely swimming pool. The location is ideal-just a short walk to the beach for sea turtle watching, and within easy walking distance to both the village and the Jaguar Trail. You can spot so much wildlife and lush plants right on the property, including sloths, red-eyed tree frogs, lizards, and various bird species! We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet, and the on-site bar and restaurant were fantastic-having drinks and food by the pool was such a treat. All the staff members were incredibly friendly, helpful, and resolved any issues right away. Anjea at the front desk is very nice and helped us book our tours. You can easily book all your activities directly through the resort, led by very experienced guides like Antonio. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Tortuguero!"

"The property was beautiful and clean, the staff was lovely and incredibly helpful, and the breakfast was amazing! Having only one coffee in the room for the 4 mornings (i.e. not replaced each day) was disappointing, but forced us to go out for a local coffee instead. Having small/snack items for late arrivals and/or while the bar is open would be a great idea."

"Well organised and great location. The rooms towards the jungle (back) much quieter than those towards the road (beach). Staff were very helpful and helpful organising our 6days there. Great location to walk to puerto Viejo and / or the jaguar Rescue centre."

"This property is very nice and the staff are very helpful and polite. The only issue I have is the layout or design of the rooms. The rooms look like individual bungalows but they are actually two back to back. As a result the walls are thin and sound between the two rooms carries. It be great if they just made them as separate bigger spaces but it is what it is. Breakfast is very good. The place is in the more quiet area of Puerto Viejo. There is a small town at the end of the road but not much there"

"The bungalow is well equipped and with direct access to the beach. The pool is amazing and the staff very friendly. The only points to improve are the location of the parking area and that the metal roof does not have sound isolation so when it rain is very noisy."
