"LOVED my stay with my girlfriends. It’s a girls trip to Korea Seoul, first time for myself and definitely feel pampered staying at this hotel. Super high end , clean and Awesome gym and swimming pool and Sauna place! Worthy of every dime I spent on this hotel. Hotel room size is average but comes with a large bath room, which is what I like, double sink and separate glass doors to the toilet and standing shower. There is also a bath right beside the double sink. Highly recommended to anyone that’s looking for a relaxing, high end and enjoyable girls trip or coupe getaway! Planing to take my husband back for him to experience soon! "

"Concierge is very knowledgeable. They send you to places they know, not just random google places. Ambasssor diamond perks were recognized. Breakfast was busy so they sent me to lounge."

"Location was good as it was 5-10 min walk away from the nearby stations like the Yeoksam, Seonleung, and the seonjeongneung stations. Staff was courteous, patient, and efficient. Special shout-out to Han Paul at the front desk for being very professional during my stay here. There is a 7-11 and a pastry store right underneath the hotel for late-night snacks and purchases. Would stay here again!"

"Nice room and view to Lotte Tower perfect for my New Year Eve. Breakfast nice but boring as menu are the same and limited time to spend in breakfast within time periods. "
