"The cleanliness left a lot to be desired soap scum on the shower screen and dirty floor was a bit off putting. "

"The room especially the bathroom was filthy with hairs on the wall of the shower and a mouldy shower curtain.
Floor and shower mould and dirt.
The bin hadn't been emptied from previous people.
The fridge was all frozen up.
The TV did not work and I was advised to watch via demand however the internet wouldn't load.
The pool gate lock was broken which is of concern for children's safety. The spa pool was dirty with debris floating around.
I requested another room and was relocated to a room with A/C that didn't work properly, the fridge didn't work at all and had mould growing in it. The TV had same problem with internet connection. The bathroom was marginally cleaner.
This motel is in a state of disrepair and neglected."
