Like, there’s a gym 2 miles away, we can call someone to give a massage, or the AC doesn’t work due to top secret agreements with B&Bs in the area before June to save them money. No no. If you advertise it and I buy it, you need to provide it or refund the money you took by false advertising. "

We werent given a code before hand and when we asked for the code and check in, we got rudeness. When our flight was cancelled, we called the business for another night at the property, after getting ignored via messaging and were hung up on rudely after being told no.
