Staff was very friendly. Great location, love carefree. I would have given five stars but room/bathroom could have been cleaner. Orange mold in shower along caulking and grout lines. I wiped up spilled water on the tile floor and the towel was black. Didn’t look like the floors had been wet mopped ...

Hilton Phoenix Tapatio Cliffs Resort
Room was pretty clean but one bed comforter had stains. Property is nice, parking is kinda crazy. Server at pool tipped herself on 2 drinks so watch out and don't tip twice.
