DISAPPOINTED. We have stayed at The Bristol Hotel numerous times and loved it. This time however was horrendous. The bed was extremely hard so hardly slept . Which rather wasted the benefit of staying there before an earlyish flight . They must have changed the beds as we have stayed a few times before and don’t recall this issue
