"I specifically booked this hotel because of its proximity to San Diego Airport, as the website offered shuttle service. A check-in, I asked about a shuttle to the airport and was told that they do not have a shuttle and I could book rooms elsewhere if I desired! It was too late to try to find accommodation elsewhere and kept the 3 rooms I booked! Of course, there was a shuttle on the property (I took a photo of it) but they chose to not offer the service. Additionally, we were all on the 2nd floor but the elevator was inoperable and the door to the stairwell was locked! The room was old and dingy and a few dead bugs were on the floor! I will never stay at a Wyndham again!"

"Traveled with my wife and 3 kids. We reserved the Jr suite and were very pleased with the size of the room. We had plenty of space with two queens, a pullout couch, microwave and mini fridge. The balcony was a plus and we had a beautiful view of the sunset."

"We had a great two-day stay in San Diego! The hotel is beautiful and the rooms were very clean and spacious enough for four adults. We especially appreciated the excellent handicap parking, which made arrivals much easier. The only downsides were that our room door (277) was quite heavy and hard to close, and the hotel does not have luggage carts which made it a bit difficult since we were traveling with my handicapped grandmother. It’s also quite a walk from the elevators to that specific room. Overall, we enjoyed the stay and the atmosphere!"
