"It is a great hotel situated right across from the Milan Central train station! For us being a family with kids it was super convenient. We walked right out of the station and were at the hotel in a 3 minutes walk! We ordered room service and it was good and arrived in a timely fashion. The Hotel and rooms were clean and safe. Please note that it is NOT walkable from the airport. While it looks like walking distance from the airport on google maps, there are no walking paths or sidewalks. I recommend using the shuttle that the hotel provides (for a fee, 5 euro per person to Terminal 1). Taxi charged a flat rate to 20 euro. "
